Court recovers Magomedov, 4 firms 80 bln rbl, $14 mln for FESCO

MOSCOW, Apr 7 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court recovered 80.1 billion rubles and U.S. $13.8 million from co-owner of Far-Eastern Shipping Company (FESCO) Ziyavudin Magomedov and four offshore companies in favor of FESCO on Friday.

Besides Magomedov, the list of defendants comprises SGS Universal Investment Holdings Ltd registered in the British Virgin Islands, and Cyprus-based Maple Ridge Ltd, Smartilicious and Enviartia.
